These terms govern your use of Wonderkid: Rise to Legend (“the game”), published by Zintex OÜ (Estonia, zintex.dev) (“we”). By installing or playing the game you agree to them. They apply together with Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Wonderkid is a football career simulation for entertainment only. Matches, results, transfers and careers in the game are fictional. The game does not involve real-money betting or gambling, and in-game items have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
Any club, league, competition or player names, crests or likenesses that appear in the game are used for entertainment only. The game is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any football club, league, federation or player. If you represent a rights holder and have a concern, email us and we will respond promptly.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to play the game on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store terms under which you obtained it. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the game, or use cheats, bots or exploits to gain an advantage.
The game offers optional purchases sold through the App Store at the price shown before you buy, such as a monthly subscription and a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. A lifetime purchase does not renew.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel a subscription in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Deleting the game does not cancel it. You can restore purchases on a new device with Restore purchases in the game.
Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies; we are not able to issue them ourselves.
We may update, balance, add or remove game features and content at any time. We do not guarantee that the game will be available at all times or that your progress can always be recovered.
The game is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss or for lost progress or data, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid in the game in the twelve months before the claim.
You can stop playing at any time by deleting the game. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms.
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change and material changes will be announced in the game. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Nothing in them limits the consumer rights you have under the mandatory law of the country where you live.
