It helps if you include your device model, iOS version and, for a bug, what you did just before it happened.
Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account you bought with, then use Restore purchases in the game. If that does not help, email us with the order ID from your Apple receipt.
On your iPhone open Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions, or long-press the app icon and choose Manage Subscription. Deleting the game does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple.
If you created an account, sign in with the same method (Apple or email) and your career will be restored. Otherwise email us with roughly when you last played and your device model, and we will try to help.
If you have an account, you can delete it in the game; this removes your account and online saves. You can also email us and we will do it for you. Deleting the game removes what is stored on your device.
